Liked central heating, multi-channel television, and a sitting area in the room. The location was stunning in the area of Fort William. I was there for 2 nights and would definitely go again...

The staff couldn't do enough to be helpful and we had a great nights sleep.
If i had to fault something it would be the shower water pressure but i had a lovely hot bath instead.

Staff were super. The communal lounge was so comfortable and welcoming and with a roaring log fire and more whiskies than you can imagine, you could happily spend all evening there. The breakfast was first class. They had a very large selection of DVD's, books and games to borrow. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a Suite, which had an outstanding bathroom the size of my house!!
We loved everything. If I had one comment it would be that the provision of meals in the evening would be most welcome in light of how good the breakfast was.

I like that it is a family run Lodge and the fact that you really care about the comfort and happiness of your guests is very evident.
The only thing that could be improved was the bed in our room, it really had seen better days and wasn't particularly comfortable.
